We’re looking to recruit one or two Ministry Trainees from September 2026.
This opportunity is ideal for a Christian aged 21–30 who is exploring full‑time paid ministry and wants hands‑on experience in a real local church, with proper training and real responsibility.
As we’ve looked around at the wider MTS landscape, we’ve noticed that different churches structure their schemes in different ways. Some operate on a volunteer‑funded model; others provide paid part‑time work, structured training, and accommodation. We’re very happy to talk openly about how things work here, and we’re flexible — the right person matters more to us than fitting a fixed template.
What we can say is that trainees here get to be genuinely involved. You won’t be making coffee in the background while watching ministry from a distance. You’ll be doing real gospel work, with support, mentoring, and room to grow — in a church that’s lively, rooted, and serious about mission.
