The Churches of the Morden Team Parish invite you to the Family Memorial Service – 3pm, Sunday 22nd October 2023, in St Lawrence Church.
People to Remember
If you would like someone to be named in the service as we remember and give thanks to God, please arrive early and fill in a name card before the service (from 2:30pm).
Service information
This is a service that many have found useful over the years in helping them to come to terms with their loss. The service is held jointly by Emmanuel, St.Lawrence, St George’s and St Martin’s churches, in the Parish of Morden.
The time together will be an opportunity to reflect, celebrate and give thanks for the lives of those loved ones, to say some prayers together, to hear some words of hope and encouragement, and also a time to sing hymns of praise and hear of the hope that is offered in Jesus Christ.
The service will be followed by light refreshments in the church centre.
The service is free. Please feel free to come along on your own, or with other members of your family and friends as you wish. We will have an offering in aid of St Raphael’s hospice.
